Description of Contract Work: Trades Included:
Demolition, Concrete, Stainless Steel, Carpentry, Quarry Tile, Ovens, Fire
Protection, Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, HVAC, Controls & Electric
Phase I: Removal and disposal of existing ovens and replaced
with Six (6) Rotating Rack Ovens.
Phase II: Removal and disposal of existing ovens and replaced
with Eight (8) Rotating Rack Ovens
In addition project included removal and replacement of Quarry
Tile Flooring, Cleaning of existing ductwork, Installation of new Ansul System,
and all associated Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical works.
