Description of Contract Work: Masonry, Roofing, Paint,
HVAC, Controls, Electric
The scope of work included removal of two existing air
handling units. Provided and installed two new air handling units, new supply
and return air ductwork, cleaning of all existing ductwork and new controls for
new air handling units. Electrical work included new conduits and power for new
AHU�s.
Removed and replaced existing roof section of penthouse.
Removed and replaced existing shaft walls to allow for duct installation.
