Mechanical works included: remove & dispose existing two air handling units & appurtenances; unloading, rigging and field assembly of two new air handling units shipped knocked-down; modifications of existing ductwork, steam heat piping, including new control valves, condensate piping, traps, strainers, gauges and components; supply & installation of new ductwork, duct & steam pipe insulation to accommodate the new units; modification of existing concrete piers to support new units; remove, clean and reinstall existing combination diffusers with integral manual volume dampers on each floor level; air flow readings of existing exhaust system on each floor level; test & balance new work and start-up of new equipment; complete with all necessary components & assemblies.
Electrical works included: demolish wiring for existing two air handling units and light fixtures, remove & reinstallation of two existing duct detectors; furnish & install new light fixtures, control wiring conduits to local panels, motor starters for eight fan units, outlets for two condensate pumps; replacement & upgrading of existing panels, buckets, breakers, feeders & installing 3� conduit; relocation of two UPS; complete with all necessary components & assemblies.
Furnish & install Direct Digital Control System for two new air Handling Units S 1-F and S 1-G, including all devices, controllers, control wiring, damper actuators, valves & actuators, safety interlocks, integration to the base wide EMCS system, commissioning, testing & training.
