New Construction to relocate the South Switch House from Building #832 to new Building #826. Work included excavation, cast-in-place concrete foundation, CMU block wall with brick veneer, concrete slab on grade and sidewalk, precast concrete planks, carpentry, gypsum wallboard, doors & hardware, painting, synthetic slate shingle roof, and removal and disposal of existing switchgear from old building. New electrical work included basic electric and new 5KV metal clad switchgear and breakers, underground conduit, cable, supports and lightning protection.
