Authorized SIEMENS contractors replaced existing PROCIDIA equipment on boilers # 1, 2, and 3, with individual PAC-353 controllers and software. Equipment is located at the Central Power Plant, Building 604, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York.

Removed existing PROCIDIA Controller and all associated IO. Installed new plate over old iStation and mount controllers. Installed new iStation terminal, with redundancy, replaced all 3 units and be mounted in the center. Installed new controllers and configured. Changed all PIDAG loops with PID. Replaced all Aluminum wire between the panel mounted terminal strip and controllers with #18-2 AWG Shielded Copper Wire. Installed Anti-Virus and Spyware on the PC. Shoot all control loops and tested IO. Tested boiler for functionality as recommended by COHEN, the burner manufacture, for fully Metered combustion Control.
