Complete removal and replacement of roofing system. New three ply roof system installed, including new lead coated copper flashings, new copper gutters, roof drains and scuppers, pitch pockets, curbs, hatches, expansion joints, walk pads, and misc. accessories.

Performed masonry and parapet repairs including tuck pointing and waterproofing. Removed and replaced coping stones/cast stones as required.

Mechanical repairs including removal and replacement RTU�s and associated duct work. Installed new energy recovery units and seismic upgrade to system.

Collette Contracting Inc. self-performed 20% of the work of this contract, work included Project Management, Supervision, Safety, Quality Control, Demolition and Carpentry works.
