Construction of Arms Room includes complete demolition of the existing old and absolute building structure with concrete foundation, CMU walls and concrete roof; environmental protection and erosion control, re-grading the site for construction of a new 80� x 28� 2,240 square foot one story building with concrete foundation, CMU walls, wood roof truss and shingle roof to provide a new and secure arms storage facility, which also included concrete filled vault door and custom concrete prefabricated vault meeting Information Security Oversight Office, National Security Office and GSA requirements. Due to the extreme security and unique function of the building, it also included a highly sophisticated intrusion detection system, fire alarm, lightning protection, air conditioning and ventilation system, telecommunication, interior and exterior electrical works.

All works are underway and two months ahead of schedule without any accident and loss time.
