Description of Contract Work:
Education and Reptile Building project at Turtle Back Zoo, West Orange, NJ inclusive of:    - Demolition (all trades) - Structural Steel - Acoustical ceilings - Plastering & Stucco - Windows - Sprinkler System - HVAC System - Interior & Exterior Electrical Work - Asbestos Abatement - Sitework - Roofing - Painting - Insulation - Ceramic Tile - Fencing - Plumbing - Carpentry/Millwork - Landscaping - Masonry - Concrete This project includes the demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a new Education and Reptile Building. This single story masonry building with utility and attic storage covers approximately 11,000 sf. The building is comprised of a gift shop, education classrooms, administrative support and a reptile exhibit area. Adjacent existing building will be renovated. Site improvements include retaining walls and landscaping. Water, drainage and sanitary sewer utility modifications were also required.
