Construction of an addition to the existing building #9. The addition is a total of 2,050 square feet. Installation of a new 4� water service main, extend the existing dry fire protection system into the addition, re-route the existing storm water around the new addition, bring secondary power into addition and install electrical distribution system, install new hot air heating system, install two 50 hp and one 20 hp vertical turbine pumps with distribution and controls system, install new gas service from existing main to the new addition and resurface all disturbed surfaces.
The addition is located along the eastern wall, starting on the road side and extending back to the entry ramp. The new area measures 25� x 82� and is divided into three functioning areas: a test area with 1,600 square feet, a pump room with 350 square feet and a control room with 100 square feet.
