Supply and installation of all materials necessary to rehabilitate (2) Existing bottom rolling hangar door consisting of (4) four rolling panels to each door systems in buildings #108 and 109 located at the US Military Academy in the SWF Airport. Each of the partially moving (8) door panel sections measure approximately (20��-6� wide by 25�-2�+/-). Work included a partial replacement of the bottom rails associated with the designated eight moving panel sections, top door panel guide rollers, wheel bearings, and possible associated wheels and shafts.

A complete engineering repair of damaged or corroded door structural steel sills and door framing members where required. The replacement of the complete hangar door�s weather seals and lower corroded exterior sheathing (20 door panel sections) as well as cleaning, spot priming and painting of all exposed newly installed and existing steel.

The supply and installation of a (2) two motor, steel wheel driver door system that will be required for structural door panel installation. The each new drive systems will need to be designed according to the existing door panel structure, weight and available power source. Supply and installation of a multi panel bracket pickup system with associated steel supports, safety limit switching, push button controls and other structural and electrical components necessary for the retro-fit.
