All works have been accomplished within occupied and 24/7 operational computer area, workshop area and office wing while the academy personnel were facilitating the buildings. Works have been phased in four sections to allow the installation of new HVAC, roofing sprinkler and fire alarm system and switching from existing systems without any power, HVAC and fire protection and alarm.
