Historical Interior Restoration to the Rutherford Train Station: Performed lead paint abatement. Installed new floor joists and flooring. Performed historical woodwork restoration to wood trim around doors & windows, on ceiling and to the existing wood benches. Historical stained glass restoration to windows, installed new plaster on walls. Completely re-painted interior including decorative stencil work along ceiling. Installed new terrazzo tile flooring in main waiting area and performed various electrical upgrades to this historical building listed in the National Register of Historical Places.
