New Roofing & Masonry Tuckpointing
Provide and install entire Roof Replacement and Masonry Repair Works associated with construction of above referenced contract, including but not limited to removal and replacement of Roof System including 15 year NDL Performance Warranty; roof deck repairs and replacement; base flashings, lead collars and pitch pockets for all roof penetrations, new rings & strainers for existing roof drains, removal & reinstallation of coping stones for new thru-wall flashing installation, removal of abandoned roof top AC unit and associated ductwork and repair of service opening in concrete structural roof, remove & reinstall all roof fans to install new flashing; Masonry Restoration, Waterproofing and Renovations, including stone and brick parapet repairs, re-pointing of brick parapet wall, raking & cleaning of masonry joints, replacing caulking with tuck-point material, waterproofing of parapet and adjoining walls, as well as all related, specified and required work
