Replace 50 HP Hot Water Boiler, Pump and Boiler Trim and Repair and Refurbish Vent Stack at the Naval Reserve Center, Syracuse, NY, inclusive of:

- Demolition (all trades) - Asbestos Abatement - Plumbing

- Electrical - HVAC - Painting

- Remove or alter existing work to repair or replace portions altered during construction to match existing.

- Replace existing hot water boiler and associated piping, replace supply and return piping, gate valves, air separator and 3-way hot water valve, replace existing hot water controls and DDC controller for boiler indexing, pump and combustion air control, provide make-up water and replace pneumatic actuators on combustion air dampers with electronic and tie into DDC controls.

- Repair and refurbish existing vent stack, fabricate and install new section of double-walled breaching, prepare, prime and finish coat the stack, provide and install cap over stack, weatherproof seal, drain and concrete pad.

Collette Contracting, Inc. performed work at this active US Navy facility.  A large portion of the work required coordination of abatement subcontractors while phasing work in non-secure areas of the facility.  Work included construction of all associated ductwork, plumbing and electrical.

There was no accident or loss time since the project commencement.  Collette Contracting, Inc. completed all work prior to the scheduled completion date.
