Selective demolition and removals. Modifications to accommodate E85 and Hydrogen Fueling stations. Construction of a fire-rated partition to isolate eastern most service bay. Trenching for electrical conduit. Selective asphalt patchwork. Concrete pad installations for transformer, HVAC, delivery hardstand, E85 tank, hydrogen equipment. Selective painting. Installation of light posts and fencing. Selective structural work related to general construction and mechanical work. Support of work related to general construction and mechanical work. Removal of hanging fuel oil heater, lighting, lube dispenser. Installation of new electric duct heater. New duct heater�s associated ductwork, etc. Testing and balancing of the entire ventilation system. Installation of E-85 Tank. Installation of non-sparking lighting fixtures. Run lines for equipment to be supplier by others and leave ends �pig tailed�. Install 45KVA, 208-480v, 3 phase, 4w pad mounted transformer. Installation transformer (1.3kv primary 480 secondary). Installation electric duct heater and new thermostat for duct heater. Installation of outdoor lighting. Installation of E-85 peripherals. Relocate existing manual pull station and alarm bell.
