Collette Contracting Incorporated performed as a Construction Manager and General Contractor for this fast-track project to turn an empty lot into a propane gas distribution center. Due to volatile properties of propane, safety was a major concern, and precise attention had to be paid to all the details of building such a facility. From the ground up, Collette Contracting Inc. was responsible for supervision of installation of every item from sewer lines to plumbing, gas tank, terminals, truck yards and intricate gas distribution lines. Collette Contracting Inc. completed the project to the owner�s satisfaction within 3 months period.
