240,000 square feet of renovation project, inclusive of:
- Site works
- Potable water testing
- Underground utilities & drainage,
- Concrete & Masonry,
- Metal works,
- Roofing (metal roofing, slate roofing, built-up roofing and fiberglass shingle roofing),
- Doors, Windows and panic hardware,
- Architectural finishes,
- Life Safety & Sprinkler system upgrade,
- Plumbing,
- HVAC upgrade & fire dampers,
- Electrical upgrade & emergency exit signage and lighting,
- New Fire Alarm System,
- Hazardous Mat Abatement,
- Handicapped access and upgrade of existing systems per ADA regulations,
- Emergency egress for both handicapped and normal function,
- Elevator upgrade,
- Gymnasium renovation,
- Kitchen re-design and renovation
Collette Contracting Incorporated performed as a Design & Build Construction Manager for total renovation of a college campus that had been abandoned by Fairleigh Dickenson University for 4 years. The entire infrastructure was in total despair. Collette Contracting Incorporated conducted site investigations and prepared the project requirements and schedule of work to be performed along with a total budget for the entire campus and completed the project in record time.
