Description of Contract Work: Trades Included:
Demolition, Roofing & Waterproofing
This project included complete new roofing system of over
10,000 SF. Demolition of existing roofing system. Masonry, tuckpointing and
waterproofing repairs. Structural deck repairs were performed. New counter
flashing, new flashing, collars, pitch pockets and walk pads. 15 Year
performance warranty.
